Rearview Camera (R189)

The Rear View Camera is installed near rear lid opener.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove lower rear lid trim..

The rearview camera has a trailing cable pig tail- 2 - up to the connector inside the rear lid.





- Remove the screw - 1 - (4 Nm).

- Remove retaining plate - 3 -.

The rearview camera is secured in the cover strip.

- Remove the rearview camera with a suitable tool.

- Disconnect connectors - 1 - and - 2 - and remove rearview camera from rear lid.





Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.

- Close rear lid.

- Perform calibration. Refer to => [ Rearview Camera System, Calibrating ] Testing and Inspection.
