Transfer Case, Transporting

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Shackle (10 - 222 A /12)

• Shop Crane (VAS 6100)

• Engine-/Gearbox Jack (V.A.G 1383 A)

Procedure

- Secure the (10-222 A /12) on the transfer case's lifting tackle, as shown in the illustration.






- Attach the (VAS 6100) to the (10-222 A /12) and raise the transfer case off the (V.A.G 1383 A).
