Cargo Mode

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051 B) with corresponding diagnostic cable.

Cargo mode can only be activated and deactivated with (VAS 5051B).

If cargo mode was activated, it is not possible to activate a different level using MMI.

Activating or Deactivating

- Connect (VAS 5051 B) and select functions. Refer to => [ VAS 5051B, Connecting and Selecting Functions ] VAS 5051B, Connecting and Selecting Functions.

Then

- "Chassis (Repair group 01; 40 - 49)".

- "34 - Level control (Repair group 01: 43, 44)".

- "01- On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems".

- "34 - Level control system control module ".

- "J197 - Activating or deactivating cargo mode".
