Left Instrument Panel Fuse Holder

Removing






- With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (ND) wire. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.

- Remove driver's side upper instrument panel cover.

- If present, remove driver's side left knee bar.

- Pry off left cover from instrument panel using a screwdriver - arrow -.

- Release the retaining clips - arrows - and press the fuse panels - 2 through 4 - back and out of the base plate.






• Ignore - item s 1, 5, 6, 7 -.

- Unlock the release and remove from the fuse carrier, if equipped.






- Remove the fuses from the fuse panel.

- Release retaining clips - arrows - and remove the cover from the fuse panel.

- Remove connector retaining strip - 1 - - arrow - and remove connectors from plug-in socket.






• For the exact assignment of left instrument panel fuse panel refer to the current wiring diagram.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- If present, install driver's side left knee bar.

- Install driver's side upper instrument panel cover.

- Connect battery. Refer to => [ Connecting ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.
