Power Door Lock Switch: Service and Repair

Driver and Front Passenger Interior Locking Switch






Removing

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove front door trim..

- Disconnect electrical connectors - 1, 2, 3 -.

- Remove screws - arrows - and remove inside door release mechanism from door trim.

- Release retaining springs - arrows - and carefully press interior locking switch - 1 - out of inside door release mechanism.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Press interior locking switch into switch mount until retaining springs engage.

- Insert inside door release mechanism and tighten screws.

- Install front door trim.
