Belt Latch and Belt Anchor, Unlocking and Locking

• There are 2 versions of the belt mounting.

• Version A - Belt mounting point with belt lock

Releasing






- Using the ignition key, press the belt latch release mechanism through the opening - arrow -.

Locking

- Insert the belt tongue into the belt latch until it audibly clicks.

• Version B - Belt mounting point with belt anchor

Releasing






- Remove the cover. Refer to => [ Cover ] Cover.

- Press securing spring - 2 - outward using screwdriver (max. 4 mm tip width).

- Press the belt anchor down all the way to the T-bolt - 3 - - arrow -.

- Pull belt anchor - 1 - outward from T-pin on seat - 3 -.

Locking

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- After installing, make sure the tab in the securing spring - 2 - in latched in completely on the T-bolt - 3 - on the seat frame.

Tug on seat belt to ensure that seat belt is securely locked to seat.
