Tire Pressure Monitoring Control Module 2 (J793)

Removing

Installed location: On the left side next to the steering column.

If control module is replaced, read out coding before removal using Guided Fault Finding in "Replace Control Module" function.

- Remove the upper instrument panel cover on the driver side (knee bar).

- Remove the tire pressure monitoring control module 2 - 1 -.






- Disconnect connector and remove control module.

Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

- If tire pressure monitoring control module 2 is replaced, system must be coded.

- Connect vehicle diagnostic tester and select the control module in "Guided Functions".
