Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Camshaft Position Sensor (G40)

Removing






- Remove the engine cover. Refer to => [ Engine Cover ] Service and Repair.

- Disconnect the connector - 3 -.

- Remove the bolt - 1 -, and remove the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor (G40) - 2 -.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Glow Plug, Camshaft Position Sensor, Engine Speed Sensor Overview ] Description and Operation.

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

• Replace the O-ring.
