Removing

- Remove engine cover. Refer to => [ Engine Cover ] Service and Repair.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 -.






- Remove the nuts - arrows - and remove the NOx sensor control module (J583).

- Remove the NOx sensor - 4 -.






• Ignore - 1, 2, 3, 5 -.

Installing

• For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oxygen Sensors and Exhaust Temperature Control Overview ] Oxygen Sensors and Exhaust Temperature Control Overview.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following.

- Install the turbocharger heat shield.
