Center Armrest Upholstery

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (3409)






Removing

- Remove the center armrest trim. Refer to => [ Center Armrest Trim ] Center Armrest Trim.

- Remove the center armrest support base trim. Refer to => [ Center Armrest Support Base 1 and 2 Trim ] Center Armrest Support Base 1 and 2 Trim.

- Fold the center armrest all the way up.

- Remove the screws - 1 -.






- Disengage spring - 5 -.

- Disengage the cable - 3 - on the lever - 4 - in the illustration, the cable is already disengaged.

- Remove the lever - 4 -.

- Remove the cable from the guide - A - and - B - in the illustration, the cable is already disengaged.

- Remove the left and right clips - see arrow - (quantity 10).

- Swing the center armrest upholstery - 6 - to the rear and down and remove it.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

- Re-install everything and install the cable before installing the trim for the center armrest support base. Refer to => [ Cable, Adjusting ] Cable, Adjusting.
