Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing






- Pry bar piece - 1 - in the lower area with the (3409) from lower A-pillar trim - 3 -.

- Pull bar piece down at an angle.

Installing






- Before installing bar piece - 1 -, ensure clip - arrow A - is inserted in body.

- Slide the bar piece at an angle from below onto upper A-pillar trim - 2 -.

- Clip the bar piece with the tab - arrow B - into the clamp - arrow A - and at the same time with the locking mechanisms - arrow C - into lower A-pillar trim - 3 -.

Ensure bar piece - 1 - is held securely.

- Draw door seal lip over bar piece.
