Lane Change Assistance Control Modules (J769)/(J770)

Removing






- Remove rear bumper cover.

- Remove screws - 1 - and - 3 - and remove lane change assistance control module - 4 - - arrow -.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Lane Change Assistance Overview ] Lane Change Assistance Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install the cover on the rear bumper.

Lane Change Assistance Control Module must be re-calibrated each time bumper cover is removed. Refer to => [ Lane Change Assistance, Preparing for Calibration ] Lane Change Assistance, Preparing For Calibration.
