Rear Lid Latch






1 Cover

• Before removing, remove the lid trim from the lid lock.

2 Nut

• 21 Nm

3 Cover for lid lock

• When installing, cover must engage audibly in lid lock.

4 Connector

5 Rear lid latch

• Before removal, remove lid lock cover.

• The read lid trim panel is removed.

• Disconnect electrical connector.

• Remove nuts and remove lid lock.

• Remove the lid lock with the clip from the centering hole.

Emergency release rear lid latch






1 Rear lid trim panel cover

• Pry out

2 Rear lid trim

3 Rear lid latch release lever

4 Cover for lid lock

5 Rear lid latch

- For an emergency unlocking, insert a screwdriver through the rear lid latch cover and push the release lever upward.
