Rear Lid Drive Assembly Overview






1 Rear lid motor 2 (V445)

• Disengage the push rod, refer to => [ Rear Lid Drive Push Rod ] Rear Lid Drive Push Rod and gas-filled strut from the mount. Refer to => [ Gas-Filled Strut ] Gas-Filled Strut

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Rear Lid Motor 1 and Rear Lid Motor 2 ] Rear Lid Motor 1 and Rear Lid Motor 2

2 Mount for the rear lid drive

• Removing, refer to => [ Rear Lid Motor 1 and Rear Lid Motor 2 ] Rear Lid Motor 1 and Rear Lid Motor 2

3 Push rod

• Removing, refer to => [ Rear Lid Drive Push Rod ] Rear Lid Drive Push Rod

4 Bolt

• 21 Nm

5 Connector

6 Bolt

• 21 Nm

Rear Lid Control Module (J605) , Removing and Installing

- The rear lid control module (J605) is located inside the luggage compartment behind the right side trim panel.






- Loosen the right side trim panel and disconnect the connectors.

- Open the locking mechanisms - arrows - and remove the rear lid control module (J605) - 1 - downward from the bracket - 2 -.

Rear Lid Buzzer, Removing and Installing

- Remove the right luggage compartment trim panel.






- Disconnect electrical harness connector - 1 -.

- Loosen the buzzer - 3 - in - direction of arrow A - and remove it from the mount - 2 - - arrow B -.
