Parking Aid and Parallel Parking Assistance Control Modules (J446)/(J791)

- If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided Functions" using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

Removal






- Remove the right luggage compartment side trim panel cover.

- Free up the electric wiring harness on the lower frame - arrow A -.

- Disconnect the connectors - 1, 2 and 5 -.

- Release the spring- 4 - - arrow B - and remove the control module - 3 - from the frame.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install the cover for the right luggage compartment side trim panel.
