Fuel Rail

Removing

- Remove the upper section of the intake manifold. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold Upper Section ] Intake Manifold Upper Section.

- Remove the intake manifold lower section. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold Lower Section ] Intake Manifold Lower Section.

- Disconnect the connector from the fuel pressure sensor (G247) - 1 -.

- Remove both bolts - 2 - from the fuel rail.






- Remove the fuel rail.

• The fuel injectors could remain stuck in the fuel rail.

Installing

• Make sure the fuel injectors are installed correctly.

• Tightening specifications: Fuel rail - assembly overview, refer to => [ Fuel Rail Overview ] Fuel Rail Overview

- Install in reverse order of removal.

- Install intake manifold. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.
