Digital Sound System Control Module (J525), CAN

The digital sound system control module is located behind the luggage compartment left side trim.

- If control module is replaced, select "Replacement" function for appropriate control module in "Guided Fault Finding".

Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

- Turn off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Open the left storage compartment in the luggage compartment

- Remove the screws - arrows - on the digital sound system control module - 1 -.and tilt it to the side.






- Unlock and disconnect the connector - 2 - from the digital sound system control module - 1 -.

- Remove the digital sound system control module - 1 -.

Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.
