Wiper Blade, Old Version

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Removing






- Bring windshield wiper into service position. Refer to => [ Windshield Wipers, Bringing into Service Position ] Description and Operation.

- Lift the wiper arm off the windshield and turn the wiper blade 90° - arrow 1 -.

- Remove the wiper blade from the wiper arm axle - arrow -.

Installing


There is a risk of damaging the body.

• The driver and passenger side wiper blades are different lengths.

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

- If the windshield wiper switch is operated or a speed of 6 km/h is exceeded, the wipers leave the service position.
