Headlamp Washer System Spray Nozzles

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Hose clamps up to 25 mm (3094)

• Hose clamp pliers (V.A.G 1275)

Removing

- Remove front bumper cover.

• Protect bumper cover by laying rag underneath and secure nozzle using pliers.

- Pull spray jet covers upward at bumper and carefully unlatch retainers - arrows -.






- Clamp off the windshield washer fluid hose - 1 - with hose clamps (3094).






• Lay a cloth under the point of separation to catch any washer fluid.






- Disconnect water hose - 1 - from nozzle - 4 -.

- Remove the bolts - 2 - and - 3 - and remove the spray nozzle.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Secure all hose connections using standard hose clamps. Refer to the electronic parts catalog ETKA.

- Install hose clamps with Hose Clamp Pliers (V.A.G 1275).

- Install the front bumper cover.
