Headlamp Washer System Spray Nozzles

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Hose clamps up to 25 mm (3094)

Left side of the vehicle

- Remove the front wheel housing liner.

Right side of the vehicle

- Remove front bumper cover.

Continuation for both sides of the vehicle






- Clamp off the windshield washer fluid hose - 1 - with hose clamps (3094).

• Lay a cloth under the point of separation to catch any washer fluid.






- Press release button - 2 - and detach fluid hose - 1 -.

- Release the nozzle retaining springs upward - arrows - and at the same time remove the nozzle - 3 - toward the rear from the retainer.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- The nozzle retaining springs must audibly engage.

Left side of the vehicle

- Install the front wheel housing liner.

Right side of the vehicle

- Install the front bumper cover.
