Tire Pressure Monitoring Control Module

Removing

• The tire pressure monitoring control module (J502) is located under the glove compartment.

• Before removing control module, read out code using Guided Fault Finding in "Replace control module" function.

- Remove the glove compartment.

- Press the locking mechanism - arrow - upward and pull the tire pressure monitoring system control module - 1 - out of the retainer slightly.






- Disconnect the connector - 2 - and remove the tire pressure monitoring control module - 1 - from the retainer.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

- If tire pressure monitoring control module is replaced, system must be coded. Refer to => [ Tire Pressure Monitoring System Usage, Direct System ] Tire Pressure Monitoring System Usage, Direct System.
