1 Intake Manifold

• With intake flap motor (V157) with intake manifold runner position sensor (G336)

• Must not be disassembled

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Service and Repair

2 Bolt

• 8 Nm

3 Gasket

• Replace

4 Seal

• Replace

5 Connecting Pipe

• To cooler for exhaust gas recirculation

6 Bolt

• 20 Nm

7 Gasket

• Replace

8 Bolt

• 10 Nm

9 Component

• Throttle valve control module (J338) with throttle position sensor (G69)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Flap Motor ] Service and Repair

10 Bolt

• 10 Nm

11 Bolt

• 10 Nm

12 Oil Dipstick

13 Exhaust Gas Recirculation

• Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) motor (V338) with EGR potentiometer (G212)
