- Before removing, first pull off seal for plenum chamber - 2 - upward and remove windshield washer jets.

- To remove, lift cover at front and press out cover - 3 - starting from outside in direction of - arrow - as close as possible to clamping strip - 4 - using a tool, for example, a tire iron.


When prying out cover, do not push up the clamping strip - 4 -. This would press the clamping strip off the windshield and is not sealed in this area

- When doing this, support tire iron using, for example, a block of wood approximately. 4 cm in height on top suspension strut dome.

- When installing, cover must not be driven on, but cover must be pressed into clamping strip in stages.

- Clamping strip may otherwise be pressed off the windshield and is not sealed in this area.

4 Clamping Strip for Cover

- No replacement part, must not be pressed off windshield when installing plenum chamber cover.
