Removing

• The brake light switch is installed on the brake master cylinder.

• The brake light switch is not adjustable.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 1 -.






- Remove brake light switch retaining bolt - 2 - from brake master cylinder.

- Remove brake light switch down from brake master cylinder and remove switch upward from retaining tab.

Installing

- Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that top of switch is seated correctly in retaining tab when doing so.

• The brake light switch is not adjustable.
