1 Bolt

• Tightening specifications => [ (Item 20) Bolt ] Toothed Belt Drive Overview

2 Crankshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket

• No oil may be on the contact surface of the crankshaft

• Only possible to install in one position

3 Diamond Disc

• Between the toothed belt pulley and crankshaft

• Replace after removing toothed belt gear

4 Shaft Seal

• For crankshaft - belt pulley side

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Crankshaft Shaft Seal, Belt Pulley Side, Replacing ] Service and Repair

• Do not oil

5 Sealing Flange (belt pulley side)

• Must be seated on the alignment pins

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side ] Service and Repair

6 Bolt

• Tightening specifications => [ (Item 12) Bolt ] Toothed Belt Drive Overview

7 Damper Roller

• For the toothed belt

8 Fitting Pin

• Quantity: 2

9 Bolt

• Tightening specification and sequence, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Pulley Side Sealing Flange

- Tighten the bolts - 1 through 11 - in 3 stages as follows:

- Install the bolts - 1 through 11 - by hand.

- Then tighten the bolts - 1 through 7 - in a diagonal sequence in stages to 15 Nm.

- Tighten bolts - 8 through 11 - to 15 Nm.
