Left Flange Shaft Needle Bearing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Locking Pin (30 - 505)

• Press Support (30 - 506 B)

• Kukko Extractor 37-46 mm (21/6)

• Kukko Support (22/2)

Remove the Needle Bearing

- Remove the front final drive, refer to => [ Front Final Drive ] Front Final Drive.

- Remove the flange shaft and the left shaft seal, refer to => [ Left Flange Shaft Seal ] Left Flange Shaft Seal.

- Pull the needle bearing for the left flange shaft out.

Install the Needle Bearing

- Drive the needle bearing - A - for the left flange shaft on up to the stop.






- Install the flange shaft and the left shaft seal. Refer to => [ Left Flange Shaft Seal ] Left Flange Shaft Seal.

- Install the front final drive. Refer to => [ Installing ] Front Final Drive.

- Check the transmission fluid for the front final drive. Refer to => [ Axle Oil Level, Checking ] Axle Oil Level, Checking.
