• The illustration shows the left charge air cooler.
1 Front Air Guide
• Attached to the charge air cooler
• Unclip it to the side to remove
2 O-ring
• Replace if damaged or leaking
3 Air Guide Hose
• From turbocharger
• Removing, refer to => [ Removing the Air Guide Hose and Couplings ] Air Duct Pipes and Air Duct Hoses Overview, Vehicles Built Through 05.10
• Installing, refer to => [ Installing the Air Guide Hose with the Connector Coupling. ] Air Duct Pipes and Air Duct Hoses Overview, Vehicles Built Through 05.10
4 Bolt
• 9 Nm
5 Bolt
• 9 Nm
6 Air Guide Hose
• To the right charge air cooler
• Must be free of oil and grease when installing
7 Connecting Piece
8 Bolt
• 9 Nm
9 O-ring
• Replace
10 Charge Air Pressure Sensor (G31)
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Charge Air Pressure Sensor ] Charge Air Pressure Sensor
11 Bolt
• 5 Nm
12 Air Guide Hose
• To the intake manifold
• Must be free of oil and grease when installing
13 O-ring
• Replace
14 Charge Air Cooler
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Charge Air Cooler ] Charge Air Cooler
