Fuel System Cooler, Vehicles Built through 05.10

Removing

- Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] Procedures.

- Remove front bumper cover.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the left and right air ducts.






- Remove the bolts - 2 through 5 -; then loosen the clamps - 1 - and - 6 - and remove the fuel cooling circuit cooler from the coolant hoses.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Radiator Overview ] Radiator Overview.

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model, refer to the Parts Catalog.

- Install front bumper.

- Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] Procedures.
