Crankcase Ventilation Pressure Regulator Valve

Removing

- Remove the exhaust gas recirculation cooler. Refer to => [ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler ] Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler.

- Loosen the clamp - arrow - and remove the hose from the crankcase ventilation pressure regulator valve.






- Remove the bolts - 1 - and - 2 - and remove the crankcase ventilation pressure regulator valve.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Cooler, Pressure Regulator Valve and Oil Filter Housing Overview ] Oil Cooler, Pressure Regulator Valve and Oil Filter Housing Overview.

• Replace O-rings.

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model, refer to the Parts Catalog.

- Install the exhaust gas recirculation cooler. Refer to => [ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler ] Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler.
