Multi-function Buttons

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the ignition key.

Removing

- Remove driver's airbag. Refer to Removal and Installation.

- Disconnect trim ring from steering wheel.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 - on the multifunction button - 2 -.





- Slide multi-function button - 2 - out of steering wheel in direction of - arrow -.

- Rotate multi-function button.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 - to tiptronic switch from multifunction button - 1 - and remove button.





Installing

- Install in reverse order.

Removal and installation of left multi-function button is identical.
