Removing







Danger of unintended engine ignition.

Turn off the ignition and remove the ignition key from the vehicle interior for all work performed on the high voltage vehicle.

- Pull the parking brake button to lock the electromechanical parking brake.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove the center console cover.

- Carefully release the retaining hooks in the direction of the - arrows - with a small screwdriver - 2 -.

- Press the button unit - 1 - out of the switch mount.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Press button unit into mount until fasteners engage into the switch mount.

- Install the center console cover.
