AFFECTED VEHICLES

CONDITION
Customer may report the following conditions in a vehicle with a panoramic roof:

^ Vehicle does not start.

^ Power tailgate does not function.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND








The wire harness can get trapped behind the sunroof motor.

PRODUCTION SOLUTION

The wire harness is secured with adhesive tape to prevent pinching.

SERVICE





Repair the damaged wire harness and route it in such a way that it cannot be trapped any more.
