Door Lock Assembly Overview






1 Cover

• Pressed into door.

• When removing, unclip from lock cylinder and remove bolt below.

2 Bolt

• 20 Nm.

3 Door

4 Door lock

• Removing

• Rear cover on inner panel removed Window Regulator

- Raise window up.

- Lock cylinder removed.

- Remove bolts - 2 - and slide door lock down.

- Disengage internal mechanism cable - 7 - from door lock.

• Install in reverse sequence.

• So-called paddle must be guided into groove - arrow - in door lock during installation

- To install, first insert release cable - 2 - vertically into release lever - 3 - as shown in the magnified area of illustration, then swivel 90° and clip into door lock - 1 - to secure.
