Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair






Automatic Transmission Hydraulic Pressure Sensor 1 and Sensor 2

Automatic transmission hydraulic pressure sensor 1 (G193) and automatic transmission hydraulic pressure sensor 2 (G194) must be replaced together.

Removing





- Remove the oil pan. Refer to => [ Oil Pan ] Oil Pan.

- Remove the oil filter. Refer to => [ Transmission Fluid Filter ] Service and Repair.

- Disconnect the connectors from the automatic transmission hydraulic pressure sensor 1 - 1 - and automatic transmission hydraulic pressure sensor 2 - 2 - carefully.

- Remove both sensors.

Installing

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Pan, Filter and Mechatronic Unit Overview ] Oil Pan, Filter and Mechatronic Unit Overview.

- Connect the connectors - 1 and 2 -.

Connectors must engage.

- Install the oil filter. Refer to => [ Transmission Fluid Filter ] Service and Repair.

- Install the oil pan. Refer to => [ Oil Pan ] Oil Pan.

- Fill the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) and check the level. Refer to => [ ATF, Draining Or Filling after Repair ] ATF, Draining or Filling After Repair.
