EGR Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

EGR Temperature Sensor

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Socket (T40055)

Removing

- Carefully pull the engine cover - arrows - off the 4 bolts one after the other.






- Remove the EGR Temperature Sensor (G98) orange connector - 1 - from the bracket, disconnect it and then free up the electrical wire.






- Remove the EGR temperature sensor - 2 - using (T40055).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Overview ] Exhaust Gas Recirculation Overview.
