• 1.5 Nm

2 Underbody Protection

3 Bolt

• 60 Nm

4 Passive Tank

• For reducing agent

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Passive Tank ] AdBlue(R) Passive Tank

5 Bolt

• 35 Nm

6 Filling Line

• From the active tank

• Clipped in on fuel tank

7 Vent Line

• To the active tank

• Clipped in on fuel tank

8 Metering Line

• From the reducing agent pump (V437) to the reducing agent injector (N474)

• With reducing agent line heater (Z104)

• Clipped in on fuel tank

Danger due to reducing agent leaking out.

• To prevent large amounts of reducing agent when opening the metering line, wait for the recirculation process to complete. Refer to Safety Precautions.

9 Transfer Line

• To the active tank

• Clipped in on fuel tank

10 Bolt

• 1.8 Nm

11 Reducing Agent Transfer Pump (V436)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Transfer Pump ] AdBlue(R) Transfer Pump

12 Hose

• From the passive tank to the reducing agent transfer pump

13 Mounting Straps

14 Bolt

• 35 Nm
