Installed location: Lower left on the underbody.






1 Lock Washer

2 Underbody Protection

3 Bolt

60 Nm

4 Passive Tank

For reducing agent

Removing and installing, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Passive Tank ] AdBlue(R) Passive Tank

5 Bolt

35 Nm

6 Filling Line

From the active tank

Clipped in on fuel tank

7 Vent Line

To the active tank

Clipped in on fuel tank

8 Metering Line

From the reducing agent pump (V437) to the reducing agent injector (N474)

With reducing agent line heater (Z104)

Clipped in on fuel tank

Danger due to reducing agent leaking out.

To prevent large amounts of reducing agent when opening the metering line, wait for the recirculation process to complete. Refer to Safety Precautions.

9 Transfer Line

To the active tank

Clipped in on fuel tank

10 Bolt

1.8 Nm

11 Reducing Agent Transfer Pump (V436)

From the passive tank to the reducing agent transfer pump
