Checking and replacing Fuel Pressure Sender for low-pressure G410 (Criteria 8P and 8J)






1. Carefully remove the engine cover panel in order 1 - 4, as shown in Figure 1.

Tip: It is important to keep this sequence; otherwise, the engine cover panel can be damaged.





Fuel Pressure Sender for low-pressure G410 location (Figure 2, 10).





2. Check the part number of the Fuel Pressure Sender for low-pressure G410 fitted in the vehicle.

^ If the part number of the sender is 06E 906 051 K, no further steps are required.

^ If the Fuel Pressure Sender has a different part number, replace the Fuel Pressure Sender.

Checking and replacing Fuel Pressure Sender for low-pressure G410 (Criteria 8E and 8H)





1. Carefully remove the engine cover off the retaining pins (Figure 4).





Tip: Do not jerk the cover panel or try to pull on one side only.
Fuel Pressure Sender for low-pressure G410 location (Figure 5, 8).





2. Check the part number of the Fuel Pressure Sender for low-pressure G410 fitted in the vehicle.

^ If the part number of the sender is 06E 906 051 K, no further steps are required.

^ If the Fuel Pressure Sender has a different part number, replace the Fuel Pressure Sender.
