Condition
The luggage compartment trim sags in the middle.
Technical Background
After loading items into the luggage compartment and the upper luggage compartment, trim is stuck.
Production Solution
The upper luggage compartment trim has been optimized and the upper edge increased by 2mm.
Service
1. Pull the luggage compartment trim out of the seal.
2. Clean the bonding surfaces with D00 940 104 cleaning solution.
3. Apply two 150 x 15 mm pieces of double-sided adhesive tape such as 3M Automotive Acrylic Attachment tape #06383.
4. Attach the trim.
5. Fit the seal over the luggage compartment trim.
