ATF cooling lines, component overview (vehicles with 2.0 ltr. TFSI engine) - 09L, 6 Speed AWD A/T





1 - Nut, 8 Nm
2 - Clip
3 - Bolt, 42 Nm
4 - ATF lines
5 - Union nuts, 29 Nm
6 - Bolt, 21 Nm

^ Before tightening bolt, push in ATF lines onto stop by hand

7 - ATF lines

^ Before tightening bolt, push in ATF lines onto stop by hand

8 - O-rings

^ Replace
^ Lubricate with ATF when installing

9 - Clip
10 - Bolt, 5 Nm

^ Secures ATF lines to transmission

11 - Union nuts, 29 Nm
12 - Bolt, 5 Nm

^ Secures ATF line at ATF cooler (top)
^ Before tightening bolt, push in ATF line onto stop by hand

13 - O-ring

^ Replace
^ Lubricate with ATF when installing

14 - ATF line

^ Inserted into ATF cooler (top)
^ Before tightening bolt, push in ATF line onto stop by hand

15 - ATF lines

^ Inserted into ATF cooler (bottom)
^ Before tightening bolt, push in ATF lines onto stop by hand

16 - O-ring

^ Replace
^ Lubricate with ATF when installing

17 - Bolt, 5 Nm

^ Secures ATF lines to transmission
^ Before tightening bolt, push in ATF lines onto stop by hand
