Headlamps, from MY 2007

CAUTION!

Removing

- Remove front bumper cover.

- With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire.

- Remove bolt - 3 -.





- Loosen screws - 1 - and - 2 - a few turns - do not remove completely.

- Remove headlamp toward front from body.

- Unplug connector.

Installing





Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Check adjustment nut - 1 - of adjusting element for smooth running - arrows -.

- Turn adjustment nut completely downward, but do not tighten.

- Insert headlamp and install screws - 1 to 3 - two turns each.





- Install front bumper cover.

- Align headlamp according to contours of body and front bumper cover (gap dimension).

- Tighten screws in sequence - 2 -, - 1 - and - 3 -.

• When tightening the bolts, the adjustment nut of the adjusting element turns automatically towards the location point of the headlamp housing and locates it.

- Check gap dimension, repeat headlamp installation if necessary.

- Connect battery .

- Adjust headlamps after installing .
