Antennas In Rear Lid - Overview







1 - Central Locking and Anti-theft Alarm System Antenna -R47-
2 - Satellite Tuner Antenna -R172-
3 - Right Antenna Module -R109-
4 - Antenna for Navigation System (GPS) -R50-
5 - Left Antenna Module -R108-







Fig. 1 Left Antenna Module -R108- removing and installing
- Remove rear lid trim.
- Unplug the connectors -2-.
- Remove bolts -arrows- and remove left antenna module -1-.
- Connect harness connectors according to the color coding.
- Tighten threaded connections of antenna module to 3.5 Nm.

- Remove rear lid trim.
- Unplug the connector -2-.
- Remove bolts -arrows- and remove right antenna module -1-
- Tighten threaded connections of antenna module to 3.5 Nm.

- Remove rear lid trim.
- Disconnect harness connectors -3-.
- Remove bolts -2- and remove base plate -1- with antenna.
- Remove bolts -4- and remove antenna from base plate -1-.

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
