Fluid Pump: Service and Repair

Suction Jet Pump - 01J, Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT)

Removing

Proceed as follows:

- Remove input shaft, see Input Shaft.
- Remove chain and disc set "I", see Chain and Disc Set I Chain and Disc Set I.





- Remove oil pipe - 1 -.
- O-ring - 2 - from the oil pipe.





- Remove bolts - arrows -.





- Remove suction jet pump from guide and then pull it to the side - arrow 1 -.
- Tilt suction jet pump out of the retaining pins - arrow 2 -.





- Remove suction jet pump - arrow 3 -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal.
