1 - Air conditioner unit

2 - Coolant pipe

• Replacing

• Ensure it is seated correctly.

• Screw tightening specification: 2.5 Nm

8 - Sealing ring

• Replacing

9 - Heat exchanger for heater unit

10 - Cover

• Only installed in vehicles with an A/C unit with an opening but no auxiliary heater heating element.

• The cover also functions as the end cover of the auxiliary air heater heating element (Z35), but the openings for the connectors are sealed in an air-tight manner.

11 - Auxiliary Air Heater Heating Element (Z35)

• Not applicable for USA.

12 - Sealing plugs

• Only installed in vehicles without the "glove compartment cooling " option

13 - Air guide to the glove compartment

• Only installed in vehicles with the "glove compartment cooling " option

14 - Condensation water drain connection

• The condensation water drain remains in the vehicle when removing the A/C unit
