Recirculation Flap Motor V113, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Remove glove compartment.







- Disconnect connector - A -.
- Remove bolts - B -.
- Pull connecting element - C - of Recirculation Flap Motor V113 out of recirculated-air flap shaft - D -.

Installing

NOTE: The control motor connecting element is color-coded; for the Recirculation Flap Motor V113 it is blue

Reinstall all parts removed in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
- Lay wiring harness such that it cannot come into contact with moving components (e.g. control motor lever).
- Check and erase DTC memory; perform basic setting.

NOTE: Operation of the control motor can be checked as follows: Connect the two contacts "5" and "6" in the control motor connector to a 12 V DC source. The control motor moves as far as the stop in one direction. Interchanging positive and negative reverses direction. Use adapter for this purpose.
