Rear Three-Point Seat Belt with Belt Tensioner





1 - Belt Webbing

2 - Belt Webbing Guide

3 - Connecting Bar

4 - Idler Pulley

5 - Securing Nub

6 - Outside Floor Assembly Anchorage Point

7 - Bolt

• Tightening specification 55 Nm.

8 - Bolt

• Tightening specification 55 Nm.

9 - Belt Roller/Belt Tensioner

• Removing

CAUTION!
Follow instructions for disconnecting the battery.



- Disconnect battery.

- Remove the rear bench seat. Refer to => [ Rear Bench Seat ] Rear Seats.

- Remove rear seat backrest. Refer to => [ Rear Seat Backrest ] Rear Seats.

- Open the convertible top compartment

- Remove screw - 8 -.

- Disconnect the safety belt tensioner connector. Refer to => [ Disconnecting the Rear Safety Belt Tensioner
Connector ].

- Remove belt roller - 9 -.

- Remove screw - 7 -.

- Unclip the front belt webbing guide - 2 - and remove it - 2 -.

- Open the connecting bar - 3 - on the belt webbing guide - 2 -.

- Remove the belt webbing - 1 - from the belt webbing guide - 2 - and the relay bracket - 4 -.

• Installing

- Install the connector on the belt tensioner.

- Connect the safety belt roller - 9 - with the bolt - 8 -.

- Guide the belt webbing - 1 - into the relay bracket - 4 -.

- Guide the belt webbing - 1 - into the belt webbing guide - 2 - with the connecting bar open - 3 -.

- Close the connecting bar - 3 -.

- Install the rear belt webbing guide - 2 - and then push on it - 2 -.

- Make sure the front belt webbing guide - 2 - is secure in the side trim.

- Make sure the outer floor assembly anchorage point - 6 - locks into the securing nub - 5 -.

- Secure the outer floor assembly anchorage point - 6 - with the bolt - 7 -.

- Install the rear safety belt in reverse order to removing.

10 - Belt Latch Tongue

Disconnecting the Rear Safety Belt Tensioner Connector





- Remove connector - 3 -.
