Console Switches

Removing





- Disengage storage compartment on both sides - arrow 1 - and remove storage compartment from instrument panel toward rear - arrow 2 -.

- Position a small, flat screwdriver on switch at top.





- Carefully pry out the respective switch from switch mount - arrows -.

- Unplug connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Connect electrical connector.

- Press switch into instrument panel mount and engage.

Rear Heated Seat Regulating Switches

Removing





- Remove rear ashtray.

- Press right and left catches - arrow A -to outside and swing switch mount to rear - arrow B -.

- Disengage switch mount at rear of center console.

- Unplug connectors.

- Unclip switches - 1 - and - 2 - from switch mount.

Installing

Install in reverse order.

Convertible Top Operation Switch

Removing





- Remove the Cigarette Lighter Illumination (L28 ). Refer to => [ Cigarette Lighter Illumination ] Cigarette Lighter Illumination.

- Pull up parking brake lever.

- Unclip the cover - 2 - under the parking brake lever at the retaining springs - 1 -.

- Grasp in the opening under the parking brake lever and push the button/switch unit out of the center console - arrows -.





- Disconnect electrical connectors - 3 - and - 4 -.





- Carefully release catches - arrows - using a small screwdriver.

- Remove the Convertible Top Operation Switch ( E137) - 1 - from the frame - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install the Cigarette Lighter Illumination (L28 ). Refer to => [ Cigarette Lighter Illumination ] Cigarette Lighter Illumination.
