DTC 18148 / P1740 and DTC 18149 / P1741 - 01J, Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT)





Notes on DTC 18148 / P1740:
^ The DTC is displayed when clutch temperature is too high.
^ Engine torque is automatically cut back until the temperature has fallen into the permissible operating range again.

Note on DTC 18149 / P1741:
^ If this DTC occurs intermittently (display SP), the DTC memory must be deleted. Afterward, the vehicle must be taken for a test drive and the DTC memory read again. If the DTC recurs, the hydraulic unit must be replaced.
