1 - Seal
^ For drive shaft flange
^ Replace Sealing ring for flange/drive shaft on rear final drive (final drive removed), replacing
^ Remove with Pry Lever VW 681
^ Drive in flush using Pressure Piece T10019

2 - Circlip

3 - Grooved ball bearing
^ Pressing out
^ Pressing in

4 - Cover for Haldex clutch
^ Valves in cover cannot be replaced

5 - Plate spring
^ Note varying thickness

6 - Disc for axial needle bearing

7 - Disc for axial needle bearing

8 - Disc for axial needle bearing

9 - Axial needle bearing

Pressing off grooved ball bearing from cover for Haldex clutch
- Remove circlip beforehand.





Pressing grooved ball bearing into cover for Haldex clutch
- Install circlip.





Pulling needle bearing out of disc housing
A - Counter support, e.g. Kukko 22/1
B - Internal puller 14.5 to 18.5 mm, e.g. Kukko 21/2
C - Jaw protectors





Pressing in needle bearing to stop into disc housing
