1 - Hex nut, 220 Nm
^ Unfastening
^ Fastening
^ Insert with locking fluid D 000 600
2 - Drive shaft flange
^ Pulling off
3 - Bolt, 50 Nm
4 - Oil drain plug, 15 Nm
^ For Haldex clutch oil
5 - Seal
^ Always replace
6 - Cover for Haldex clutch
^ Remove together with disc housing
^ To install, detach from disc housing
7 - O-ring
^ Always replace
^ Coat with high performance oil for Haldex clutch
8 - Ring
^ Insert into drive pinion housing
9 - Roller
^ Qty. 3
10 - Track roller
^ Qty. 6
11 - Cam disc
^ Observe installed location
12 - O-ring
^ Qty. 3
^ Always replace
^ Insert in cover for Haldex clutch
13 - Gasket
^ Always replace
^ For some final drives, O-rings may also be installed, Fig. NO1-0234

15 - Socket head cap bolt, 6 Nm

^ Note installation position of outer and inner clutch discs
17 - Hub
18 - Thrust washer
^ Observe installed location

^ With thrust washer for axial needle bearing
^ Installed location
20 - Haldex Clutch Pump V 181
21 - Socket head cap bolt, 6 Nm
22 - Gasket
^ Not present on all Haldex clutches
^ If present, remove during repair
23 - O-ring
^ Always replace
