Power steering fluid reservoir, assembly overview





1 - Fluid reservoir with screw cap
^ Open cap using a suitable bar
^ Check fluid level with dipstick on screw cap with engine warm but not running.
^ Screw in cap and then read fluid level

2 - Return line
^ Lengthways marks - A - must be aligned
^ Hose clip should not be installed beyond transverse mark - B - on hose

3 - Hose clip (spring-type)
^ Use special tool V/131 to open and close
^ Tensioning lugs must be at top

4 - Intake hose
^ Lengthways marks - A - must be aligned
^ Hose clip should not be installed beyond transverse mark - B - on hose

5 - Bolt with washer, 10 Nm
